Hey Somerville! There are some proposed new zoning regulations on the docket that say households with more than four unrelated people living under one roof should be illegal. I believe this is damaging to the community in a variety of ways, including that it ignores the realities of older, large single family house construction in the city and also of housing prices disproportionately affecting economically vulnerable populations.
