Help me move, Boston!

I'm moving. This Sunday and Monday! Short notice, I know, but if any of you are available to help out -- Sunday in Norwood and/or Monday in Providence -- I will really appreciate it. Really. And will buy you dinner when it's all over. Here's what's going on.
Sunday truck gets picked up at 4:30. Then I go to Belmont (near Alewife in the Boston area) and load in a heavy bed. (One other person is helping me, that I know of. It'll be... interesting.) Then we go to Norwood and load everything else in. There isn't a whole lot: three bookcases, a futon, a table (one of those fully collapsible ones with a metal frame), about 40 boxes and a couple of odds and ends.
Monday morning I'd like to get to Providence around 10 and move into the apartment. The truck is due back at 4:30 on Monday; the dinner, then, may be in Norwood or in Providence, depending on who's going out. If you need a ride, I'm happy to provide one, and there will be others on wheels.
So. If you can help at any point, please send e-mail to vika at wordsend -- org. If you care to provide a phone number, I'll call you back and it'll be easier to plan things. Thanks!
