So much psychodrama that is specific to LJ (and some circles of friends/acquaintances) would be diminished if only there were a way to hide one's friends list. Not the friend-of list. Just the friends list.
Yeah, one can always go to livejournal.com/users/X/friends/ and figure it out. But that would require effort.
Man, nothing beats live, one-on-one or small-group interaction. Nothing.
